The project encompassed full-scale aesthetic improvements, including a complete interior repaint with curated color selections, strategic removal of excess furnishings and decor to create a spacious and visually appealing environment, and foundational preparations for effective marketing.

Project Details:

  1. Initial Assessment & Planning:

    • Conducted a walkthrough of the home to assess condition, layout, and potential rental value.

    • Created a checklist of necessary updates and improvements to align the home with market expectations

      2. Design & Aesthetic Enhancements:

    • Selected a neutral and modern color palette to appeal to a broad range of potential renters.

    • Completed full interior painting to refresh and unify the space.

    • Removed outdated or excessive furniture and personal items to open up rooms and highlight square footage.

      3. Interior Styling & Staging:

    • Redesigned key living spaces to enhance flow and functionality.

    • Added minimal, tasteful decor to maintain warmth while emphasizing space.

    • Staged select rooms to help prospective renters visualize the home’s potential.
      4. Repairs & Maintenance:

    • Addressed minor repairs (e.g., scuffed walls, loose handles, squeaky doors).

    • Deep-cleaned all areas, including baseboards, windows, carpets, and appliances.

      5. Photography & Visual Assets:

    • Arranged for professional real estate photography with attention to lighting, angles, and staging.

    • Created a digital folder with high-resolution images for marketing use.
